So far uve done it right by cutting it but I don't think it's going to move without a press. When I did mine it was solid. Loads of heat and a 30tonne press eventually did the job. But at a struggle.
I've never seen a fender go where my disco can't! I've actually pulled many fenders out of the sh*t, difference is I was rather comfortable while doing it.... :D
I know what u mean. Mines happy at about 55 which I'm quite happy to plod along at. Mines also on 265/75/16. Want either 33's or 285's next but will prob have to throw a 1.4 fender transfer box on.
Angle grinder. Just Go for it mate. Just remember it's always better to take off too little than too much. Make ur mark and cut well inside it and then try arch up against it and see how much more needs comin off. May take longer but u can always take more off where as if u take too much off ur...
Cut all old bolts off with grinder and replaced with new. Started with the rear coz it's a bit easier and was going dark, then did front next day. Fitting new 6degree ones wasn't a problem getting the old ones off was a bloody nightmare.

I used a thick rubber hose. Jammed it in tight and smoothed out with tiger seal. Works a treat and looks good. Put a few Rivets in bottom of door for good measure.

Today I have fitted new rear wide angle prop so that's both on now and fitted new 6degree cranked trailing arms. Will fit front radius when it stops bloody raining for 5 minutes.
Being bored in work is not good!!!! Starting flicking through eBay the other day when I was 'bored' in work and ended up spending £400 on lanny bits!!!! Not good!!!
I had mine on for 18mo tha not a problem. Then got pulled by one jobs worth pig an he gave me a notice to get it changed or face a fine. It's the angle apparently. Got To be forward facing.
