Yeh sometimes there is a chim which the face of the bearing sits against have you had the truck from new .have you got a manual to check that all the parts are there incase a previous owner missed them .What side of the disc is wearing down .are they vented .seems odd that you had the problem...

If the calipers are brand new then you can rule out sticky pistons .The caliper is bolted to the leg so in theory that can't move just float .has someone put new bearings in but missed a bearing chim?

Hi there I plan to build a complete chassis front to back this was just my starting point as I want the rear end to be strong as poss for lifting vehicles and It was an easy option (hahaha so we thought .nothing is easy but nothing is impossible if your try )

Don't get me wrong it's been a headache but well worth the effort and saved me a lot of money so far
