Awsome so my analy retented everything has to be perfect .with fabriction workshop not pretty but functional with elec .and a host off tools and machines .so if I told you I could do all corners for 50 beer tokens and if need you could watch the work be carried out would you think that is fair...

just to add on the bolts ....I used to be a cold forger....in my socket set I seem to have 7 of everything imperial and metric .I used the principal of a big hammer and cold forging to socket to the bolt ....I have never not been able to undo one via this method then I replace the bolts...

Any body got any ideas of the cost of discs and pads all round and labour ??

Hi wammers quick question do I need a tool for the calipers to wind the piston back in or are they just normal sliding pistons .? Cheers for all help makez work alot more plesent .

Just doing the exact same job .I take it the stub the disc bolts to doesn't come out on it own .do u have to split the lot ??? And im charging 20 beer tokens do you think this is too low how long should it take to do the job ????

Auto boxs are a complacted bit of kit too little oil wont work gasket dameged wont work .they run on oil pressure and hydrovaynes so oil level need to correct level and correct weight oil and clean filter id stake my wages it was oil levels or gasket dedrigation have u ant visable oil leaks have...

If its too low on oil it wont work properly or at all atuo boxs are similar to hyrdovaine they work on pressure even if a gasket goes it can lock the gearbox

Auto boxs can get really complicated as it works on oil pressure and oil veins but I wouldnt of thought this would have let you down with out you noticing something wrong .I had excatly same problem with my 300zx twin turbo and it was a nightmare I could leave the car running for ages no...
