Well it is off, should have made a note of which wire went to which part of the winch I have since discovered,, currently know which is F1 but after that the other two are guess work, didnt want to have go into the solenoid box circlip removed and gear one slides off and there you have it...

we took Humpy out for a blast around Flash / Leek today and discovered when the Heater direction lever is midway, ie air to windscreen and footwell the heat from both side is equal, we double checked by switching it to windscreen and footwell alone and when on the latter thats when the cold air...

you can feel the cold right at the air duct exit at the passenger sides knees, its significantly colder than the drivers side, im driving along commenting ,, hey the heater works and wife says its blowing cold her side,, and it was.. to put it into context, im not going to dismiss any...

thanks for that Al2O3 im ata loss but will start taking her apart in the next couple of days, we have pretty much equal air flow just differing temperature, to answer the earlier question the vent is closed and the air flow is solely coming from the air duct vent near your knees
