has the vehicle ever suffered head gasket fail or had oil in the coolant? the reason i ask is coolant hoses are not designed to have oil in them and are eaten away when oil comes into prolonged contact with them leading to problems such as yours

I've never used the POR-15 stuff the stuff i used in the past came from a boat yard and was a kinda duck egg blue, covered fantastically and only really needed one coat

i would avoid using that combination of ramps and stands, i have 2 sets of ramps if i need a landy higher with the wheels on, if i need the wheels off i normally do it one end at a time as my drive has a slight slope and it makes me edgy having all 4 off the floor

you tell that to one of my customers who's alternator spiked to 23v and popped her airbags and burned out the entire wiring loom while she was driving! ( the sides of the battery were ballooned out far enough to make it hard to remove)

yep its electronically controlled via a solenoid so you can disable it by pulling the fuse or by having a lockout function on a key switch if you so desire

if you have the front locked you loose most of your steering ability

what degreaser did you use?? what did you prep the surface with? how did you apply the enamel? how many coats are you going to give it? oh and what temp are you going to bake it at?
