You should be able to do the swivels and bearings in a day, about as long to swap axles.

I think there is a difference between tdi and Td5 tow bar fitting/mounting points. Hopefully someone with a greater knowledge will give an answer.

My Dixon Bate fitted my 110 Td5 Marsland chassis no problem, straight swap.

On the Td5 you put on the correct spacer and tighten it up effin tight, I can't remember the torque figure. You can't adjust this to compensate for any wear in the bearings unless you have different sizes spacers.

There are several different sizes of spacer, I can't remember the process for measuring and finding out what spacer is required that's why I changed to the old system, it's simple to adjust, something that you are unable to do with the spacer and single lock nut set up.

I didn't see anything wrong with the join, it was the only thing that it could be. The crack cure is almost like water, it finds its way into the smallest gap, worth a try if you're still getting a leak.

I had a leak in the roof of my Double Cab, I found out it was the join in the roof above/behind the front seats. I got some " Captain Tolleys Creeping Crack Cure" ( I think that's what it's called ", that fixed it.
