Does the bolt move? Get in there with a grinder or a reciprocating saw. Pull the arm out completely and then renew the bits your focused on. 👍

If the bolt won't come out as you expect you mave to.. A, drop the fame, B, cut the bolt after checking it can be put back in from the other side👍

I know what your saying. My sons does have a vibration at around 70 so what I might do is drop the prop and see if it can be changed to phased or not. It may not be possible but I'll find out. 😊👍

Is the ball joint ruined already? If so, then a ball joint fork can force it out at the cost of the rubber boot🤔

The brake switch controls the circuit for the brake lights and the circuit for the cruise control if fitted 🤔 but the abs I'm not so sure about...

OK, cat among the pigeons... My 99my front prop is straight with matching positions on the uj's. My son's 2000my front prop is phased🤯

I just Mark them up and tighten back to that spot👍 Check the surface and check for play, I've seen two 2000my with failed bearings in the nose🤯

We normally cut em both and do all the wires. They are only assembly plug for the factory when built. 👍

Did you do all the connectors in that area?

Most likely your egr is electronic or air over electric and may get egr faults. You've asked this before my mate? ☹️

It may be worth checking behind the other kick panel incase there is corrosion on the other connectors to prevent any future issues 👍

It's to cool the gentleman's area... The same on mine. I just taped the tube up and refitted as best as I could 👍
