Oil out the exhaust usually means turbo as oils getting thru it and out the exhaust have you checked for play or to see how much oil is getting thru the intercooler

Itl tow around 60mph and on hills doesnt lag just pulls nicely and egt hasnt gone above 620 so all good so im told all good on that front so happy to leave it as is at minute

Youl have a clamp to go on bar.a bar to bolt to chassis and few bolts to bolt it thru yhe chassis.youl see the 2 holes on passenger side front of chassis

You can bypass the immobiliser by doin the spider plug or send power from ignition to the fuel solenoid and the starter relay. Ive dun this as mine left me stranded. It is easy to do.

The 1st pic with gear atick is the tunnel which is meant to have a goam base for sound deadening.and a big hole to fit them thru so thats ok the others are easy fixes and the pleasure of doing it and another disco rebuilt rather than broke is a good thing

If theres good metal on the sill then leae as much as possible to bite to. Then offer box section up.tack in place.and puddle weld thru the floor. Green hornet has a full story on box sills and how he did it.

Are you box sectioning it out or plating it. If you measure the mounts in situ and either tack to box section and try in place or if your plating it use frogatts easy on panels great quality and everything is there if you buy the kit

Is it the calipet or the hub. Caliper isnt good as its brakes.and hub osnt great but better than caliper you need to remove caliper and find out b4 road test id say.as bo brakes wouldnt be nice

Has it got any seals.or where it goes on to the washer jet perished so leaks out.or crimp the pipe so it no longer drips but wont wash either
