Methinks the same What lights do you get if you turn on the heated seats normally (when not attempting self test) ?

If your heated seats are working I dont think there will be any lights as only 3 options are listed - there is no 4th option to say No Fault Found ! As for the steering wheel it does not list any Self-Test for the heated wheel
