How do they fix that.
Dunno, didn't get mine fixed. And I think it was a tendon / muscle attachment (not ligament) from upper to lower arm. Happened when I collected an off cut of worktop from a DIY store, arm just went "POP" and hurt like hell. Managed to get the worktop into my car but had a big problem being able to change gear when driving home. Arm turned black and blue. Should have gone to A&E, but never bothered. Healed ok, but arm is now down to the power of an ordinary man ----

How do they fix that.
For my shoulder they opened it up and sewed the end of the ligament onto the bone. As the subscapularis repair can be broken by the head of the bicep (which runs underneath the subscapularis) can often pull the subscapularis back off they also cut the bicep attachment point off and dug a new hole in the humerus and sewed the head of the bicep into that. The 3 month recovery was hell. Much more painful than the total hip replacement. :(

Morning All. :)
Not looking too bad out there ATM. :)
I did ride the e-bike yesterday, it seems fine, strange, but ok. :)
A funny thing happened to me y'day. I was on my way round to my son's to collect him and a really big box of books when I came to a flatbed transit double parked in the road making the road impassable. I could not see a driver so I tooted to see if they would appear. They did, and started effing and blinding at me for "disrespecting" them. I pointed out that leaving their vehicle double-parked and making the road impassable for everyone else was what was disrespectful and the only reason I had "tooted" was to get the attention of a driver not in evidence/visible to me, and that perhaps he needed to calm down.
That made him even more angry.
It's a funny old world where people are so focused on themselves and their feelings that they overlook the truth of things.
Have a lovely day. :)
