wright so air compressor relay clicks like its supposed to but pin 3and 5 the ones your supposed to bridge to bypass relay neither have voltage
Any ideas where to start looking lol

Put a 12v feed to compressor and it works left all other wires connected got temperature up to around 70 degrees but it only filled reservoir to 1.67 bar would fill it anymore after that according to live data

Either the compressor is feeding a leak, and/or it's fecked. No idea about L322 electrics.

Tbh I don't think there is a leak and it builds pressure pretty quickly for a small compressor so wouldn't think it is at fault but still a possibility Ill start with no power situation get that fix then try everything else lmao

If I've got this right the compressor should be around 16bar🤭 (what he said below 🫣)..
A worn compressor can push some pressure but not the ideal figure will be achieved as the air resistance will overcome the seal on the piston 🫵

Well think its fubarred will get one tomoz and retest
Better get two!

16bar?? Moses Sandals that some serious pressure, about 240psi with my basic maths.

Alternatively connect a pressure gauge either to the pump output, or in place of the sensor. Then run the pump & see what you get.
That would involve running the pump manually? Connect up the sensor/switch to your workshop compressor?

For reference the Merc Wabco I use on the bench takes about 2-3 mins to fill a 5 litre tank. So running your compressor & seeing only 1.6bar then it probably needs a rebuild.

To be sure run it for 5mins manually & then check the pressure. If still only 1.6bar then you either have leaks or failing pump.
