I run a solid fuel house so do a lot of wood collecting without having to pay for it! I also have solar PV. I like being outdoors - chain-sawing is a pain, splitting logs is fun but stacking them is boring!. After ten years (or more) of dreaming, I have taken the plunge and bought a 1996 90 300 tdi. I know very little about land rovers and expect this to be a steep learning curve!! I have just given it an 18th birthday present of a Richards galvanised chassis as the old one was rotten!
