finally got the car fixed,trailered off the island back to a specialist 3 weeks later all fixed ,battery earthing sorted,new stepper gizmo and the gizmo next to it new leads and a full tune up....and it works,thank you to everyone who helped me

i certainly will, i hope it doesnt come to that.i hope they play the game and sort the car.i would keep it,i have always loved morgans especially the +8s, a thumping v8 and wind going through where your hair used to be...you cant beat it

thank you, replaced two lambda sensors as that came up when codes were read at morgan main dealer but car went stone dead 150 miles later,i suspect its an earthing issue that is intermittent ,cant find it so far some of it is very difficult to get at
