Testing the voltage of the fuses.

Excuse my lack of knowledge, where is this fuse? So far I've never had any issues with my auto so I know little apart from how to drive it.

Thanks! I have done a similar Change of ECU, IP, KVM, CJB swap on a Discovery 4 we had to benchtest and clone everything for it to start. On my D3 it was a silly mistake of missing one fuse in the power distribution box :)
