got a weird one here! Lights off left indicator fine, lights on and rear brake and numberplate light flash but indicator doesn't!! Had a general check of light fittings and seem ok. Any ideas??
Just had a weird one, most of clutch fluid 'dissapeared' from system over a couple of week period. No leaks etc apparent. Topped up and seems ok so far... ideas as to reason???
Had a mini (old type) slam ito the front 1/4 of 110 200tdi station wagon - totalled the mini and bent landy bumper. I crowbarred bumper stright-ish again on site and left him to explain how he wiped-out his wifes car!
The thin material is sagging on my roof-lining. I tried spray contact adhesive on a previous landy with no success so does anyone know a good fix? - I did wonder about a staple gun but wondered if would go through metal of roof!
Similar post to one I did a few weeks back - good to see us novices having the same learning curve - Demon Tweeks do the "T" piece but you need male to female connectors etc as well
Thanks for the info. Its getting the passenger window down & up that I really want to do - for various nefarious reasons! At the mo I just drive with it open but it's getting 'king cold!!
So why the hell are there two fuses controlling the indicators? 15A fuse that also powers fuel guage (which is how-come I tracked it down) also powers indicators before the power goes through the two side-specific fuses mounted just below duh!!
To continue on this theme... rear (right) indicator bulb stopped working. Sorted dodgy shorting contact whereupon all indicators stopped working. Hazzards do still work though. Checked 5A fuses & ok. No power getting to those fuses though. Haynes maunal shows additional fuses under seats etc but...
Had a similar prob with my 300, socket on the wiper arm was worn so floppy on the drive spindle. Shimed it with a bit of beer can (Zen rules) and all ok :-)
