Fuel return pipe, t piece 2.0 ingenium sport

How in the lord do I go about cleaning these injector bolt holes out?

Hi all, anyone know the injector stretch bolt torque settings on a 2.0D ingenium sport. Can't find it anywhere 😕

Could anyone recommend a puller slide hammer to remove a blowing injector, I have a disco 2.0d sport 2017, Ingidious engine Also copper washers as I can't find any for the 2.0
