I've got a 3500lb rates winch that's designed for a quad but also have a snatch block. My question is that will this be sufficient for light winching using the snatch block or will it simply burn out on the first use? I got the winch cheap so don't really care if it goes out in...

Mine was like that. A small chisel, a lot of care and a new runner kit sorted it. Took about an hour.

Looks really good. Personally I would do the roof too. I hand painted mine NATO green and did the roof too an stink it looks better. It's all scratched now but still looks okay. Good job though.

Just noticed a grinding noise when I back the throttle off. Only happens when I'm in 4th. Doesn't sound healthy. All other gears work fine. I have a small judder on the clutch when pulling away so I guess that's gonna need doing soon but the grinding noise in 4 th is new. Any ideas. I haven't...
