My p38 blowers have stopped working too.its on ebay.enough.no more

Hi again. My 1997 2.5dse blowers have chucked it.all was fine except they didnt create a great deal of air.then gradually became intermittent.theres still heat at the windscreen but as im in scotland its not ideal. (Freezing). Any ideas? Thanks for reading.

Could it be that the ignition is turned on and off 5 or 6 times makes the fuel pump move the fuel?? Will see if i can find the post.

You learn something new everyday springs to mind bro.it certainly worked on mine.1997 2.5 dse. Certainly something there,maybe on another forum??

Im not a mechanic sir.however the rangey started after 5 or 6 repeats of this and the aa guy was cancelled. 1997 2.5 dse.

Theres a post on here somewhere re:non starting.had this a few years ago and theres a sequence of turning on ignition pumping pedal 6 or 7 times and repeating x amount of times.i also had a leaky injector replaced.

All electrical issues sorted. Thanks to all who helped me. Now got 2nd and 3rd gears hanging on to high revs that should change long before they do. Told to change the gearbox oil? Or top up?? Advice please??? Grrrrrrrrr

Thanks. Got replacement diff on the bay for £80 delivered.now fitted and all is well.may sell her now shes fine.

Had the rear diff replaced.its all good now until the next issue Might sell her now while the goings good. P38 2.5 dse.

Battery drain. Thought mine had this issue and turned out it was the alternator.
