i managed to get a free afternoon so pulled out the viscous fan and removed the alternator belt which stopped the squeeling noise. The tensioner pulley has loads of play in it, when removed i found the bearing to be knackered, grinding and notchy. new pulley ordered, lets hope that's going to...
