i have recently upgraded to a td5 from my old 200 90. When i went to fill it up i found that it was leaking fuel from around the large plastic screw type cap that holds in the fuel pump/sender unit. The question is what is under this cap which seals it like an o ring etc?

hi tom, your best investment would be some diff guards as they are the lowest point on the car, plus they are not to expansive around £20 for a pair. i hope it starts warming this week, got my boiler test end of the week on the 4" foster. hope you have that roller well wrapped up. glen
