Yeah. Sadly this is true. It's funny, as has been said, nothing will stop the prepared, tooled up scrotebag. The lock does come with a sheering nut to replace the fixing one on the gear stick to stop someone just lifting the rubber and unbolting it, but there's nothing stopping them just cutting...
