Sorry I am late to the party. Was this problem ever fixed? Was the fan sensor ever replaced?

The cross over pipe had to be custom. I am out of the country for a while and I won't have any pictures of that until I get back. The AC is coming along. I am likely going to have a custom bracket made that would mount up where the factory one...
