yes that's the procedure I followed but only did it for 10 mins as no air was coming out only a steady flow of water, might give it another try tomorrow Cheers Holidaychiken:)

I have bled it no air in the system, I have now also replaced the heater valves on the inner wing still no heat tried bleeding again, no air in system I have now ordered the valve that sits on the bulkhead to try that is there a procedure to bleeding???

Hi all This had to happen in the winter, heaters are only blowing cold front and back, checked the switch on the centre vent that puts it from hot to cold,checked the cable from this that runs to the heater box there all ok pipes going into the heater box through the bulkhead are both warm...

just been out to check the fuel filter, the clamp that holds the piece on the top on wasn't fitted correctly(by me) not counting my chickens yet as the problem was intermittent to start with but fingers crossed!!!! car is starting ok now, will try again later let you know how this develops

Cranks over fine, Injectors was my thought would that show any other symptoms when it's running??

Yes glow plugs are now working, but this is an issue with starting hot or cold

Hello,hopefully get some help with this My rangie has got starting issues, turns over for about 2 minutes before starting, I have replaced the secondary fuel pump under the tank behind the small flap, still no joy!! whilst turning it over I sprayed a small squirt of brake cleaner down the air...

The light does come on also

It does start but turns over for a good while, and there is no power going to the plugs

Yes I have put a tester on one of the plugs... No power,I don't know where the relay is to check that

Hi guys, had a problem recently when starting my td6 2006 rr Took of the inlet manifold to check for power to the glow plugs......no power, where is the relay for them, any help appreciated Cheers Ross

any idea of the part no. for this and where it is on the car?
