    Okay, Thanks a lot for the answer, BCU I can do on my own with nanocom. Sometime ago I've read that CDL levers are different on auto and manual D2's but as you said it is the same. And new ECU with a tune to suit manual. Everything is gonna cost a fortune haha, maybe I will just look for manual D2.

    Problem solved, garage that was supposed to do it F.. up but they will fix it for free, thermostat was plumbed incorrectly. The bypass was plumed to the pump outlet. I’ve found pictures that might help someone that is doing this job for the first time
