I think the issue may be the power being pulled down the driver side H4 lead. Considering at this point patching into the one on the passenger side for the headlight.

I had the same, probably too much slaming of the door. I welded it up, perhaps there is someone local to you who can do it.

I would start with the throttle cable rather than adjusting the pump. I always treat the pump adjustments as the final resort.

Taken it out for a drive this morning. Cooling nicely, no new noises. Only issue is a slightly higher idle than before. Pretty sure that’s just a screw adjustment. I’ll take a look when I’m wearing my scruffs again.

From memory green and brown is for the reverse switch on the back of the gearbox (assuming LT77). So it is not essential for getting or keeping the engine running. Although that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be repaired!

Wedged some foam insulation round the fuel filter, the filter bracket has broken off. Good job it's has a housing round it.

I figured out how to take the glass out of the front sunroof, which is actually very surprisingly simple, so I’ve been rolling round with both sections out the last couple of days 👌🏼👌🏼.
