    Thought, You do the pressure test and all is good. Have you changed the cap? It’s the only thing not in the equation when you pressure test it. I understand that hot/cold can make leaks elsewhere but a new cap is not a lot of beer tokens :). J

    Replaced connector on heater core sensor. Old one was rather corroded where the copper wires were crimped. Now HEVAC says correct remp instead of -8deg !!

    I'd give it a good clean down and check it again after a few miles. If there has been a leak for a while, the oil will be in every minute place and will slowly ooze with the engines heat. Hopefully you don't have to drop the sump👍

    Beru gets my vote. I think they run them a bit over voltage but they're robust enough to take it. Makes quite a difference. Put mine in years ago and they're still like new - and that's running a hot-start fix that forces the glows on every time...
