If its the top seal its an easy fix. Any where else you need to be very confident. Quick check first. its not a leak off pipe above pump leaking onto it is it. I once had that.

Yes. I fit the new filter to a warm engine, cycle the ign a few times until fuel is bubble free in the clear pipe and start her up, idle a bit lumpy for a few seconds then done.
Thats todays job is the fuel filter. I always make sure to fill it with diesel when putting new one on to save messing about having to bleed the system :)
