i have a 200 tdi for breaking in stafford if after a complete vehicle

i have 2 lengths of 100x60 box section i wont be needing anymore if its of interest.

so ive done some searching and not come across the answers i need. i have got hold of the 100x60 box section needed to replace the sills but im not sure of the process in fitting or what to weld it to? does anyone have some decent pics showing how/what they have done? thanks in advance

been doing some more work recently, finished the nearside cross member repairs and started the offside. much like the rest of the trouble spots the offside is in far worse shape than its matching nearside part. the cross member needed much more rebuilding. coming along bit by bit though, got...
