Today I took the switch off, cleaned the plug and socket, bent the spring that operates the switch out a bit, checked it worked and then re-assembled it. I don't know how long it will last, you can't take the actual switch apart to clean the switch contacts. P.S. Yesterday the odometer clicked...

My stop/start didn't work for years. When starting was beginning to get difficult I replaced the battery and the stop/start has worked ever since driving solo. It sometimes works with the caravan hitched up and sometimes doesn't.

Got the Bonnet Open warning on my FL2 today, so after a bit of internet searching I pulled connector off the sensor and shorted the terminals in the plug with a bent pin. Now I need to decide whether to replace the sensor or to try cleaning it up to get it working again.

Mine chimes if the key fob thing is in the ignition and the door is open. I don't have to be driving for it to happen.
