Yes the CV joint was shot, replaced now. The ABS light is still on I think the sensor must have been damaged by the CV joint rattling around. Thanks again landy zone for the information. Frank

Had a problem a week ago the steering locked when turning right!! :mad: slowed down before hitting anything. A clunk from the RH wheel then it steered as normal. Then noticed the ABS light came onand stayed on, the obstruction happened again yesterday so today changed the drag link ball joints...
