How can i stop this message coming up on a 1997 P38. Ive tried slamming it, gently pushing it and greasing the latches. Its driving me insane.

yea, sadly i cant see past the caravan as its a wide german one, I want them for ease of parking and so i dont have to pay out on having dents taken out of cars. I would be really ****ed if someone scrapes my car while they were parking, so i wouldn't like to do it to anyone elses.

Yea i have been using my tow bar and when i go to work i normally park by a wall so ti come in handy but could do with some for general parking espicially in tesco's mini parking spaces. Tried taking two up and got fined by the people who look after the car park for them.

Yea mine went in the same place, most of them do go in that area. I think its a weak point in the plastic when they are formed. It was more on the n/s of the rad tho. I thought that too but i didnt have the time to take the head off when it went.

My rad went before christmas and upto now it been ok 'touching wood'. Just replace the rad and see how it goes.

Try doing the tracking on it, mine did the same and i had the tracking done at a garage and its as good as new.

The is a possiblity the thermostat could be faulty so i would test this in i pan of water on the stove?

Also a thing to check is the little pipe that runs from the header tank to the top of the radiator, make sure water is coming out. It wont be much but some should. If not take it off at both ends and blow out and also blow out were it connects onto. I've heard of people replacing their...
