Thanks James, I'm going to fit one of these as it seems the best option. One question though, where's the best place to locate the thing on the screen and where do you recommend connecting the earth lead?

I will have a look at improving the earth contact on wing before changing the mast.

Not getting very good reception on my radio, have changed aerial to a rubber shortie and now head unit to a decent one. RDS isn't great, so I'm wondering what's the best type? Wing, roof, windscreen etc.. Any help / suggestions please.
