hi guys Did the search and really nothing covers my question. I am driving around in hot spain and not wet uk and hopefully someone could tell me what oil I should use in the LT77 box. HP 90, ATF or some other wonderful mixture? And is there some oil pump in the box????? Cheers

Two questions 1) simple on I just get a black smoke on firing her up on my landy 200TDI. Could it be that something is worn and letting in oil? although the oil levels don't appear to be dropping or is it injectors? 2) This is now second time this is happened and getting annoying the front...

correction i should say once the revs come up she stops misfiring and is perfect. Not losing any oil or water either

my baby is sick it seams to misfire when under load but as soon as teh revs come up it all stops.......also the fan belt slips.......but that is new so i guess that may have stretched a little and needs tightening Any ideas on the misfire no idea where to start? already got a new fuel filter on.

well anyone that wants to get at the solenoid an easy way of doing it is taking off your windscreen resovior and that allows you to get your hand in and have a good old feel around.....oh disconnect the battery first.....hahahaha All fixed and the beast is back!! ratty cheers mate thanks

ok so the solenoid energiser connection appears to be loose and came off in my hands....now can't see where the spade connection is without taking either the exhaust or the turbo off. Anyone got a pic or diagram of where the terminal is? Had a feel around but found nothing? I just hope the...

Hi guys Done a search and my problems don't seam to match. When I turn the key I get a clicking noise from the solenoids for about 2secs and then she fires up. Not sure if the battery is buggered even though I've charged it up. Or could I have a short that would drain the battery...

i have a twisted performance intercooler and uprated rad along withe kenlowe and the viscous. being in Mallorca no probs on the overheating. Increased power is good although would recommend putting on a large exhaust you really noticed the difference in pulling power.

Does anyone know when a/c was fitted to the defenders and when did it become standard?
