Hi, thanks for all the response I have got the fuel filter now I forgot to Mention it was a 3 door and I can't seem to remove the seats any tips on how to remove them to get to the filter inside the tank ?? Thanks again

Hi all, Found out something new tOday if I remove the maf sensor away from the pipe that leads to the turbo and leave it connected still then it revs perfect again also I've changed the map sensor:.: so does this now rule out the maf sensor and ecu????

Today I have cleaned the map sensor and also plugged into again to see if any faults are stored and there are none what so ever... Any more suggestions????? Thanks

It is a genuine air mass on there and I've put a genuine egr on cleaned the inlet out. I've put fuel pressure guage on there and plenty of fuel pressure there... Like I said this thing is a comPete headache.. I wish I could leave it disconnected but it's a customers car so can't be done.

Yea bloked off the egr still the same..

Need desperate help on a td4 freelander 03 plate.... The fault is the very slow to rev up up and sometimes won't rev above 2000 rpm... But if I disconnect the air mass then it's perfect.... I've changed the air mass twice it's had a recon turbo.. Changed the cam cover filter.. Checked all...

My 4.6 p38 has just started over revving when it's hot or cold... The thing is it only over revs in park. As soon as I put it into drive or reverse its idles perfect... When it over revs it revs to about 1750rpm-2000rpm.. Any help that anyone's got will be appreciated thanks

i had exactly the same problems 2 days ago, what i did was done the eka code then put the key in the ignition the key fob flashes and it should sort it out its not happened to me since(touch wood) hope this helps

thanks for the replies, im not that clued on with wiring so im not really sure what im doing. i might try that harness of ebay and see if it works other than that is there anybody who knows how to do it that lives in the rugby area that could fit it for me??
