I could be totally off the mark here but stick with me here, can I suggest disconnecting all the lights and starting again? My only basis for this being my interior light was ruined by a leaking aerial, I bought a used one and fitted it only to find the buttons working but nothing on unlocking...

Thermostat is done, fbh is on and off as it should be and its all running smoothly, no misfire or any other issues.

We used a long bar to prize the old one out and the new one back in. Good luck

I haven't noticed any big difference really, I think the soot and cobwebs got blown out when I did the silicone hoses and crankcase filter, I'll give it an Italian tune up once the thermostat is done and its keeping temp, I've had to pull the fuse on the fbh because it never manages to warm...

Oil and filter change, LED side lights, EGR blank and finally figured out where my noise is coming from, front vcu carrier bearing and a massive hole in the back box, ordered a stainless one from muddy mods, thermostat is still waiting to go in

Wing mirrors and scuttle are next on mine, either rattle can or heat gun seem to be the longest lasting options.

Check the balance on the rear wheels, the noise and vibration on mine was horrendous due to one badly balanced wheel. It actually felt unsafe.

I had the scuttle panels off as I needed to check why only half the electric screen was working, seems an old wire had been left after a new screen was fitted and had managed to short the fuse by touching the newer terminals, it would also seem the same cowboy didn't put the drain panels back...

It comes into the car via the black box thing above the footwell but only when its raining, coolant levels never change, I think there's a missing bung under the wiper mech, I'll investigate tomorrow if the weather allows
