İ agree the problem looks like the box but i hvae tried multiple different TCMs and they all have different results. Some had made problem worse by harsh changes in every gear. Other made the slip in 3rd gear. The only one that had worked well...

Update; İ discovered there is a cooling fan located in the ECU compartment. This fan had seized and i replaced the motor. Fan works now. İ plugged my original ECU back and drove car for a good 30 mins (usually enough to trigger the problem)...
