The second outlet dosnt go any where on the petrol model.Ther is a rubber seal between the tank and the pump which in my experience can perish and leak when the tank is full.

I was wondering also if this other port is a connection for a return pipe. I really need to findout where the return pipe from the engine passes to enter thhe tank
