Just got the kumhos on they look the dogs nuts you would get away with another inch or so but the true test will be off road cause there aint much clearance left :eek:

Hi Kris I had the same problem that you have you say in your post that the injection pump moved 1 mm at first mine would only move a small amount due to it being in place for 19 years but after a while it began to move quite freely in the end it moved by 5mm and it is loads better it still...

235/85/16 are taller than 265/75/16 but thinner i pick my up at 3 today i'll let you know how they are and yes yella they are kumhos kl71

cheers for all the advice they rebuilt the cylinder head and re cut and grind all 8 inlet and exhaust valves they did all the clearances im thinking injector pump anymore ideas welcome this is my pride and joy i just want her back how she used to be.

is the injector pump something i could do or would it need to go to a specialist thanks for all the all the advice

all the filters where replaced air fuel etc pressure done and all was good and the rings were all done as well cheers .

at idle it smokes like a trooper the more load on the engine the less smoke seems to be when im up to about third gear with a bit of heat in the engine the smoke is all but gone

ok my landy a 1989 2.5 td 90 started blowing out white smoke after taking her through a river so i thought it had taken on some water it was running like a bag of bolts as well more so when cold the smoke was really bad on start up but when it gets going it seems the more load the engine is...

it was nice of the garage to fit a new clutch and bearing and then tell you it is common for them to make said noise.

theres nothing in the top of the oil filler cap it doesnt miss fire anymore but does hunt at idel the other thing i noticed is the temp gauge goes straight up to hot on start up when you press the accelerator it drops when you take your foot off it goes back up again which it did not do before...
