I fitted a pair to my 109 truck cab, fitted ok and once painted I cannot see the difference.

had similar problems on my Bedford. water had got into the 6 way switch. it is not hard to strip and clean the switch the biggest problem is removing the knob there is a small button to press in on the knob that rusts up soak everything in wd40 or similar . take bottom off of the switch slowly...

that is looking great. keep it looking like that no wheel upgrades ect

I used a throttle cable from a early 2.5 petrol 90. I drilled a hole in the footwell above the pedal and joined the cable to the pedal about a quarter of the way down the pedal. I used a little ball joint to the side of the pedal . my foot never gets anywhere near the cable.

looks hard to get out the back in a hurry. have to fold seats out of the way . then somebody has to swing spare wheel away then open tailgate.

landrover wheels need the tyre to be removed off the inside . you will never get it off the outside

if it is on the v5 taxation class historic then just tax it on line for free. otherwise the post office can do it and they will send v5 off for you. mot exempt but it should be roadworthy ie up to mot standard . search on this forum for permitted mods.
