Cheers, just had a read, not had them aligned,so will get that done to rule that out, get no wobble at high speeds at all...

Hi Guys, Any ideas what could be the problem? Initially had a shudder when accelerating from 2nd to 3rd & if you accelerated hard it disappeared this ended up being a new clutch & clutch plate (shudder now gone) but I am left with a little wobble when changing from 2nd to 3rd, can't pinpoint...

Sounds pathetic I know but this noise is driving me nuts!! :eek: As soon as car warms up every little movement the gearstick makes or when you change gear it's squeaking (have tried turning up the radio to drown it out but it's just one of them noises that really gets you, lol)! Same as...

Jammed solid, it is just meant to unscrew isn't it?? WD40 hasn't helped, is there a technique I haven't got? (03 plate)

Does it tend to go hand in hand then?? I have got the clutch judder but was hoping just a clutch replacement would cure it, just don't fancy the extra £500 on top for the flywheel :eek: :eek: :eek:

Cheers for all the replies, haven't tried doin the sunroof yet cos been hammering down all day but called on local indy L/R and he said the gearstick on a td4 has got about 3" play and unless it's knockin on my knees not to worry, mentioned something about the rod ends having knuckles on em...

On that DVLA vehicle check if someone has put personalised plates on will it still show up if you type in the original Reg??
