Thank you Just bled the system standard way. Filled with coolant & ran engine to temp with expansion cap off . Next day same again and top up etc . At the moment, once you unscrew bleed screw on expansion, hiss of air for 25 seconds or so releases It's like there is a vacuum of air drawing...

Hello, High Reving on start up is now resolved. Stuck / Seized boost pin was the issue. Removed/ cleaned/ lobricated etc . Seems to have worked. Engine sounding great. Thank you all for suggestions & your help. Great Forum 🖐️
