Thank you Just bled the system standard way. Filled with coolant & ran engine to temp with expansion cap off . Next day same again and top up etc . At the moment, once you unscrew bleed screw on expansion, hiss of air for 25 seconds or so...

I'd go for an air lock aswell🤔 How was the system bled? There are way to many things on a lot of engines with their own coolant pipes and air locks are a nightmare sometimes to get rid of 🤬
