Hi Guys, Ive got the Transfer box over heating warning coming up on the dash, ive had a look at the box and it seems to have lost oil as it is splashed around underneath. I will top up the oil later but cannot find where the filler is located on the box?? any help much appreciated. thanks

Try changing your injector run off pipes, i did mine and it stopped the problem hot and cold straight away. cheap fix too.

What is the best way to release a possibe air lock do I need to remove the small hose on the top left of the rad?

Just drained the system and re filled with coolant and took her for a spin, the pressure did not seem to build up as much as before, but will go and get a test done thank you for all your help and advice. Regards Lewis

Ok Just had the rangie out for a drive, there is no contamination in the oil when i checked the dip stick and oil filler. the header tank boiled over and was spitting etc both rad pipes and radiator are really hot but the temp gauge reads normal temp middle of the gauge? any suggestions...

Im gonna head out to have a tinker with the rangie shortly, just quickly can a faulty thermostat cause a presure build up in the rad?

Hi, the rad is made by Brit part I got it from m&m 4x4 in drotwich. I will have a look at the pump & thermostat tonight, with regards to pressure I had left the engine off for about half an hour and the rad hoses were bulging still infill I let the pressure out off the header tank.

Hi Guys, Ive got a split along the top of the my radiator, it looses coolant at a rate of knots! I no this going to need replacing, just wondering how easy a job it is to do on my own?? cheers Lewis

Hi J, Thanks for the help the other night managed to get the car sorted today with the key, it was the lock that was causing the problem, ive wd40ed the barrel and connecting rods and it seems to be working fine, just been tryi ng to sync the remote but not having any joy. Thanks again Lewis

Thank you all for your help, managed to get the door open this morning with the key turning it hard towards open, it in turn reset let me start the car and have a drive, Ive stripped the door and lubricated all the bit and pieces, just gotta re sync my remote which I have been trying all...

Hi matem cheers popped down to see them, I think the lock is duff we managed to get the locks up by jiggling the key around but now im totally locked out without the windows op0en so gonna try and lift the latch

Hi Gav, We jiggled the key in the lock and moved the plunger up and down on the inside at the same time and it pop all the locks up, but got no access inside now. I will try the key to open the windows shortly, Iwill try in getr the weather strip off and release the satch if that doesnt work.
