Looks as though me putting bigger fuses in a wet fusebox to get home killed my transmission ecu. Just fitted new s/h unit and fault code gone. Now to put everything back!!!!

Update on the highside switch fault. Removed the gearbox loom and found chafing etc had the loom repaired and refitted but still the fault is there. Any help would be appreciated and as to the location of the switch please.

Cheers Bob, contacted the guy who repairs the xyz switch and he says its not switch related. Ill try ut though. The car starts and runs but blows fuse when try select anything. Wondering if harness fault?

Just plugged in and got the code p1613. If anyone has any idea please. I checked for oil at the ecu and nothing.

Quick update, Removed the interior fuse box last week and although not wet it obviously had been, we had really heavy flash floods when I was replacing the power steering pumps. I split the fuse box case and there was corrosion on lower part of circuit board. Replacement fitted, everything...
