Hi my Mazda 3.5 engine is going to be too expensive to rebuild (unless somebody got gasket set and rings they don't want)
What other engines fit to this gearbox?
Do you have one for sale?
Hi this is a follow up post to my previous in this forum about where to get gaskets and rings for a 3.5 slt mazda with gummed up rings... does anybody know what is involved in mating a Mercedes OM 606 engine to the Mercedes ZF auto (4 speed) that is on the back of my Mazda engine ie. does...

Hi gazbusa in reply to my post it was suggested that you might be able to help...I have an early 110 with Mada3.5 SL fitted to what I think is a Mecedes ZF ( 4 speed) auto. I.m trying to find out how to identify exactly which gearbox it is... ie. where to find identification numbers or something...
Hi I run an early 110 with a conversion to Mazda 3.5 SL. I'm trying to find out what model of Mercedes 4 speed automatic gearbox is fitted. I think its a ZF but not really sure. Can anyone help? thanks Mark

any body got a drivers seat and mounts that they can spare as my 110 has had rangie seats fitted and they're to high and i can't see without scrunching up? doesn't have to be immaculate just usable. mid to N wales. thanks m
thanks for offer but I don't need stub axles, I was hopeing there might be different length ones and that the previous owner might have swapped one of the wrong length as my 110 pulls left and I've tried everything i can think of
are there different length stub axles on different 110 / 90 axles? ie. length from steering pivot/king pin to wheel mount? if so is it possible to swap them ?

pipes that don't like vegoil (at least on my landy) were the black pipes about 1/2 inch od with sort of material /cloth look on outside. I think they'r rubber based and the veg oil makes m go soft. best bet is to carry some "proper" fuel pipe (called compressor pipe or similar these days). SEE...
veg oil dissolves rubber fuel pipes which you have to replace with what I've always thought was clear plastic fuel pipe (i.e. clear plastic with woven reinforcment) but the suppliers say it's no longer legal for fuel so they call it compressor pipe. I did twin tank conversion on my landy and...
