And something else, i found out that my Rover has a ecu tunning (for more power). Can this problem apper because of this ecu tunning?

Hi all. Just to update here. I didn't had time to do anything else regarding this problem. Next week i will go at a proper electrician and see if he can manage to repair. I will keep you updated.
