Yes same as before. Could it be a bad earth strap to chassis? Should I be able to hook up a battery directly to it to test?

Cranks by hand fine. Petrol 2.15 by the way.

So it not clicks and then the cable get really hot and starts to smoke. I did take it off and test and work off the car. Could the fly wheel be jammed or similar how best to test. Thx

Thx yeah got it. Was connecting to the wrong space connector.

Ok the piston is properly stuck I. The bore. I’m soaking with wd40. In case it doesn’t come out or is fooked when it does. Does anyone have a broken zenith that I could make one good from the 2? Many thanks Chris

Hi I'm rebuilding and servicing my Zenith and the pump is stuck inside the housing. Does it matter. How does it come out. Picture below is from YouTube showing the cylinder. Mine won't come out.

Hi all, does anyone know the thread size of the manifold to carb studs. for the life of me I can't find mine and don't want to spend £20+ to get new one from suppliers. Does anyone have a couple off a broken manifold? Thanks chris
