How do you bypass the amp?

Mine is the third one along basic with amplifier no DSP. I’ve taken the amp out today and would say that’s the problem as the connectors are corroded by water damage I would say. I’ve ordered a second hand amp so will hopefully receive by Wednesday and see if that sorts it …

When I purchased the car the original radio was pixelated and didn’t work so I haven’t heard a sound from the old unit.

The explanation in the article doesn’t relate to my amp unfortunately as it’s not a DSP. I’ll try emailing them with all the photos and see if they can explain how to sort it.

Yours would definitely need the extra cables for the amp to work. I’ve seen the LEAR number on the amp so know it’s definitely correct and ATD did say if I had the amp ending 30 I’d need additional cables which one alone was £150! Definitely not the case with mine but still struggling to see why...
