If I plan a route I never know if it’s good 1 way. Do look at contours when planning. Make a few notes about sections & if there is more about being better the other way you can reverse the map direction. Just need to remember road junctions &...

While laning this year we also did the famous/infamous "Bastard" lane, properly known as Horseshoe lane. It's another one of those lanes you see people driving badly on YouTube and making a complete hash of it. You can see it on the ground too...

Took a break from the usual Billing show this year and went to Hevingham Concours with Empire. Beyond incredible place. Shooting, Spitfires (yes original!), Hypercars, Supercars, JCBs and a hillclimb event! Second fasest diesel up the hill...

You can get an aftermarket one for about £55 and has done its job several times on my rocky coast farm. After a meeting with a hidden boulder it was banana shaped but had done its job protecting things further back.

It’s not a steering protector at all…it’s a hand rail for getting under it/ back out under it when those brutes break down 😎

There were two types of mounting on Brownchurch racks. One was the clamp type, which has a small section of tube welded to the outside of the leg and the other was flat feet with holes which require the gutter to be drilled. You have the latter...

Happy spannering then. It does make a difference for a few years not having to worry about things with a rebuilt motor. I put the chassis under mine about 1995 as the chassis was shot when I bought it. Now has a galv bulkhead.
