Okay there doesn't seem to be a pipe it just goes into the cavity of the wing? Am I missing a pipe then?

Thank you for the reply, I did what you suggested removed the filter and closed the lid and the problem stayed so I guess the problem is in the box..... On this guess I removed it and found no dead birds :D. It's completely clear other than what looks like fan blades? Any other suggestions...

sorry to be a pain but is this the map sensor i should be replacing? I'm certainly no mechanic but its the only thing with the woven wire tube thing many thanks kai

my apologies I read it wrong, I have this woven pipe in my hand but its not connected to anything on one side its connected to what I now assume is the map sensor, but then there is nothing on the other side?

It definatley has a metal inlet manifold, but I cant seem to find this map sensor on the fuel pump I have two electrical connectors one held on by a cable tie :eek: and the other going to the pump? am i looking in the wrong place? I will go and download that now Thank you so much
